IMPORTANT INFORMATION for YOU, please read carefully:

You can find your purchased product key in the email the store has sent you or in your store account.

Clean/New Installation (direct download)

• Go to your store account and download the product package.
• Unzip the downloaded archive to the Aircraft folder in your simulator.
• Activate the product with your purchased product key.

Clean/New Installation (X-Updater)

NOTE: It takes time for the X-Updater to be aware of the fact about your upgrade purchase. It could take up to 1 hour in normal case.
In some super worst cases it could take up to 12 hours.

• Download the X-Updater
• Use the instruction from the X-Updater web site to install it and setup it.
• Click on the Add new product button in the X-Updater and input your store account email and the purchased product key.
• Click on the Install button, the X-Updater will install the product.
• Activate the product with your purchased product key.

Product Activation

Your product key has a limited number of activations. In case you ran of of activations, please create a ticket in the FlightFactor Ticket System

NOTE: The activation number on your key is reset automatically when an product update is released.
